Existeixen unes 10.000 varietats de raïm a tot el món, 13 ocupen més d’un terç de la superfície total de vinyes y 33 varietats, suposen el 50% del total.

A Espanya es cultiven més de 200 varietats de raïm, tot i que la Tempranillo (Ull de Llebre), Airen i Garnatxa serien les principals, amb més del 70% del cultiu total.

D’aquestes 200, quantes en coneixeu i el més important, quantes heu pogut tastar??

Doncs, aquesta serà una ocasió perfecte per descobrir i conèixer aquestes petites elaboracions.

Un mínim de 5 vins Negres fets amb alguna d’aquestes varietats....
